We are looking for a talented web interaction designer with visual skills who can:

1. Iterate mockups with end-users and friends .
2. Incorporate in the design a way to monitor and analyze usage patterns.
3. Provide an easy, intuitive, and efficient mechanism for the user community to participate in the building of the service.

Skills / Experience required:

1. Strong interactive design background in the consumer space.
2. Good skills in Photoshop and other mockup/prototype tools (e.g. Flash).
3. Interest in doing user testing and in performing fast iterations.
4. Passion! Passion! Passion!.
5. Need to be in school/college or just out of school/college.
6. Need to like doing sports.
7. Good social skills.
8. Need to be local to the Bay Area
