We are in the early stages of a startup and we are looking for experienced web application developer/architect.

Requirements:

1. Strong architecture background with deep understanding of all web application tiers (Browser, Midtier, Database).
2. Creative and pragmatic approach to web scalability architecture designs.
3. Strong Java experience (Concurrency Programming, Caching, template engines, Lucene, …)
4. Strong experience with Hibernate 3.2+
5. Extreme hands-on approach. This is a coding job, not a powerpoint one.
6. Passion and discipline.
